is prayer, magic and ranging included in to caculation or hp str atk def only?

i cant answer the fist questions but mage or range is only calculated in when its ur highest combat skill (so ur mage or ranges based)

Woodcutiing, Willows, if you are banking draynor is best, but if you are cutting and burning Lumbridge beats it hands down, nowehere near as busy, I've gotten myself a couple of firemaking levels there

There are 4 willow trees behind the Seers bank, and it's less crowded then draynor.
