2. you need it in the second part after youve gone into the cave where the dude youve gotta save is. havent done myself but mostlikely yes

 

3. No its a quest reward

 

4. Steal from Fish stalls in Fremmy and cook on big fire in main hall and drop them so you get cooking and thieving exp

4. Pick Guards in Ardougne Market/Gate.

4. You can also steal from master farmers in draynor till low in health then steal wine from wine stall for food

You can't start it without all the quests done though... i know... i've tried.. (i know you didn't ask but... kinda important too :wink: )
