Ok i went up to someone when i was stealing silk and he siad you could sell it for 100+. But i can only manage to sell it for 60. Dose QP affect this? or was he just lieing?

You can sell the silk back to the silk seller in ardogne for 100 I think, but you have to choose the 120 option 1st.
