I am taking images from google and pasteing them into photshop cs, but the quality is alot poorer, is there something I can do to keep the quality or is it because it's a photograph and the quality will become poor anyway?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Also, is there anyway I can make the image bigger in photoshop, the picture I want is about a quarter of the size of the sig size, can I make it half the size without reducing the image quality?
