August 27, 200619 yr The head you are thinking of is a camelhead which you can get during the quest Enakhra's Lament. The flippers are indeed from Mogres. Haven't played RuneScape since 12 january 2007 and it feels great :)
August 28, 200619 yr Flippers you get from Mogres, you need 32 slayer and fishing explosive to kill them.
