NintendFan Posted August 28, 2006 Share Posted August 28, 2006 I think how it works is, you bring your air talisman/tiara, money (like the other guy said, maybe 100k), all the rune essence you want to craft noted, and the rest of the space for unnoted ess. Once you craft with the unnoted ess, say something like "Open 2k" or whatever price you'll pay the runner. Offer your payment and 25 noted essence, and he'll give you 25 unnoted essence. Continue crafting this way until you run out of essence or money. I think that's how it works.
