hey i need help with a clue, ive got it many times but ive never been able to fulfill it, i havent done legends, and cant do it and the clue says i ahve to go int othe khazar junlge or whatever and ive never found a way in....anyone know?

You have to at least started the Legends Quest to enter the Kharzi jungle.

but do start legends i need 28 more quest points.. so technacally i shouldnt get taht sort of clue right? or would i ahve to do the quests..

Sorry but that's not how it works. There are 3 seperate dig spots within that jungle for level 3 clue scrolls. I get one of them on almost every treasure trail. Either get to the point where you can start Legends or keep dropping your clues if they go there or stick with level 2 or 1 clue scrolls.
