hi everyone i just bought mud battlestaff and 163 k body runes... :? but now i dont know what monster to train curse on... i heard its good training can anyone tell me wich monster ik should train on???

well wear something like full rune with kite so you can do constantly on the same monster

 

 

 

 

 

then something which is in a cage (zammy warrior in varrock castle is pretty good) or skeletons in mage guild basement
