South-east varrok mine I suppose. There truely isn't a "good" place to mine in F2P without either competition or just no where close to a bank.

Oh, you are are a member, sorry I mis-read that. Best place would be yanille then. There's a mine real close to a bank, and almost no one ever mines there.

That is were i am using now i just thought there might be a better place but thnx anyway

The ABSOLUTE VERY BEST place in ALL of p2p is in the goblin mines under Lumby castle.

 

Although you will need to do the first part of Recipe for Disaster to get access to bank chest. Need 10 cooking I think.

 

You are about 5 secs from mining spot to bank.
