September 1, 200619 yr I am just wondering what tends to happen when it nears the season which that rare was released (Mainly Santa Hat's near Xmas etc). And yes they do, they peak 1-2 days before the holiday then drop right after it..will get the most on the holiday but rare to find a buyer.
