chapter1~

 

 

 

As I sit at the dinner table with my parents in our humble home of Yannile, I try to generate enough courage to ask my parents to send me to this "adventurer school" on a distant island. As i stare at my chicken my mother asks me whats wrong. I reply that i'm in deep thoughts about something. Aaaaarrrgggghhh I'm stupid! why didn't I ask her then! I finish my chicken silently and head off to my room still thinking of ways I should tell my parents. Mom, Dad I'm going to be an adventurer and there's nothing you can say to make me not! No thats to rude, finnally it hits me like dads hatchet on a tree. I run downstairs to see my mother knitting one of my trousers, and my dad reading by the fireplace. "Mom, Dad I'd like to ask you guys something," I said. "Well spit it out son, you know you can tell us anything." said my father. "Well... Ive been thinking about becoming an adventurer. There were flyers over at the bank about this "school" on an island." I replied. "It's right here," They stare at me astonished I take out a piece of parchment out of my pocket to show them
