Where exactly is the shop that sells rune swords etc in runescape? What's it called?

There no runesword for sale in any shop, just in champion guild, but it cost to much!. Next time post all question on "Question and Advice" board.

Champions guild sells rune short and rune long swords, but you can buy them at cheaper price from players

Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
