With 70 Mining, which way can get me 10k silver faster?

I'm F2P. I'm after 10k silver ore to get my Crafting to 70. Meanwhile, I want Mining and Smithing XP too, so Cowhides are not my option.

 

 

 

Question: Among following plans, which way can I get 10k silver faster?

 

 

 

1. Mine 10K Silver in Crafting Guild, Bank in E.Falador;

 

 

 

2. Mine 20K Coal in Mining Guild, Bank in E.Falador, trade for Silver;

 

 

 

3. Mine 40K Iron in E.Varrock or W.Varrock, trade for Silver.

 

 

 

Any better feasible ideas?
