well i gave this guy g maul coz his offer looked like 1004 the 4 looked liek a k so i though it sed 100k and i accepted he wont give me my items back what can i do?

First of all, you weren't hacked. You were item scammed. You should have reported him to Jagex right away, but you only have 60 seconds after the trade to report him so it is too late now. The only thing that you can do now is move on and learn to be more careful in the future and/or learn how to report people that take advantage of you.
