September 9, 200619 yr You need to at least start Mourning's End Part 1 in order to access this area. I hope that helps you out.
September 9, 200619 yr You'll have to complete the quests Regicide, and possibly Roving Elves. Then you'll be able to pass tree's and should be able to enter. Edit: Hmm, well alright maybe Mournings end Part 1! ^^^Darn, lol didn't know that.

September 9, 200619 yr You can still kill the Elves on the North Elves Camp of Ariawynn, I can't remember the name, but its the one where you cross the river to meet one of the Elven generals.
