  1. http://z6.invisionfree.com/HeartUnit/index.php?act=idx Good luck getting in.
  2. I think 1700+ skill level = 100 combat in comparison. But that is still attainable within 1 year window. I never played classic, can someone educate me on how long did it take to get to 100 combat back then?
  3. Quality of a game rest entirely to its gamer's own perspective. For me, quality of this game lies on the group of people I chose myself to be surrounded of. The impact of having a good set of people enhances the level of your gaming experience. Of course, the game will provide you with challenges and levels for you to desire to gain and achieve but without the interaction to other gamers, I highly doubt that this game would have last this long. Sure they are other graphically more inclined games, but then again, its your preference. I think I may have been a cheap guy (I just can't imagine paying $50 for a game, $10 for server fee and $10 more for other feature a month) when I could have the same enjoyment for a $5 a month.
  4. 200+ trips Doses taken: 0 - with Guthan step up 1 - for faster runs 1 - Verac set up total loots: Around 30+ items drop
  5. Here's a quick thought. I started playing this past new year. I became a member in March. Im currently level 119 combat, one attack level (600k+ xp) away from 120. But from here on, everything is twice the effort I have done so far just to get to 126. So in a short conclusion, it is an attainable cause. Although it'll require a whole of concentration and dedication on your training. I also have 1650+ total levels. So if I didn't exert my time to other skills, I may have attain the highest possible combat. But that'll make this game unenjoyable. Cheers :)
  6. you need 300,000 tokkuls to buy at the Tzhaar gem store.
  7. How about killing Green/Blue drags. Very easy to kill, but on Green Drags you might have to deal with Pkers.
  8. Well you need 33,334 total Chaos. You need half of that for Deaths. I think youll save a little money with chaos, if you do barrows, they drop enough chaos runes there, that if you do barrow trips in 2 weeks straight you get about that much runes. You'll also be bound to get a drop from those trips. Just a thought.
  9. I dont prayer on any of them except the initial run when i get to their barrow mounds. But the only ones that can hit me were Karil and Ahrim. Torag and Guthan are easily killed by tank maging. Verac and Dharok through safe spot.
  10. Yes it will. Max they can take in a day is 75,000 gp. That means in as long as you have 750k+ in there, they will take out 75k per day. And judging by your total money in the coffer, at the end of 10 days, you will have 1,043,783 gp left in the coffer. Unless you havent done the second part of that quest, they will only take 50k per day away from you.
  11. That was a nice read for me Rahk. Good job on the details. I used that technique as well. But recently I switched over to Torags and tank maging the meleers. I also now use a Mud Staff and Nats to cast bones to peaches to regenerate my health down at the tunnel. At 600 gp per cast, I found it cheaper, I switch to my regular armor down at the tunnel after I kill the brother down there. I cast about 1-2 spells to replenish and reload for my next trip. I do about 8-9 rounds per one trip with only using 2 pray pots (4) doses. Maybe I should make a guide and show some set ups for Barrows. Its so much more convinient if you have a high level prayer and combat. You only have to pray on Dharok, and its more of a precaution prayer, and 1 sip is all you need if you know what you are doing down there.
  12. lol i was trying to find that picture. thanks :P
  13. Wall Beast. He's so huge, that they only show one of its foot. Can you imagine when that thing comes out of that crack? :ohnoes:
  14. Trust me, its better getting the required agility or higher for you will fail alot in avoiding the traps at Tirawynn. I have 71 and i still fail on those nasty traps. :ohnoes: Oh and one more thing, always have an axe and matchbox. Killing the bunnies gives meat as well as the bears in the area. They will come handy when you ran out of food. Just chop one of the tree, get the meet and cook em. 8-)
  15. You need to complete up 8 subquest of the RFD. Only then you'll have Rune Gloves as another selection. :)
