In Tip.It's Bestiary it says that Otherworldly Being drop dragon med helm. I have been training against them for ages and not got one. Can someone confirm that they do actually drop them?

Yes they do drop dragon meds, but killing KBD will have more chances of getting that drop. It's very rare like a d chain drop is very rare from dusties. It's all about luck, basically.
