Click profile at the top under rules. Then scroll down and click on the upload avatar button. It's as simple as that. :D

actually you need to make it a png. have it 80X80 or less and be 5.99 kb or less.

no, just save the picture in paint as a png. at 80x80 5.99 kb or less
