well today i finally orderd it. I posted here a coupel of times asking for advice and you guys helped me out alot so i thought i would post what i ended up buying.

-AMD̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâî Athlon̢̢̮ââ¬Ã¾Ãââ 64 X2 Processor 5000+

-1GB Dual Channel DDR2 533MHz [2x512MB]

-320GB Serial ATA RAID 0 Stripe [2x160GB 7200rpm]

-16 X DVD +/- RW Drive

-256MB ATI Radeon X1300 Pro graphics card

-19" Flat Panel

i know how much you guys love your graphix cards and my one blows but i figured i dont need at mega one just at this moment in time, and as everyone keeps telling me its easy to upgrade, so i figured i would just upgrade as needed.

Like the Graphix card everyone keeps drumming it into me how easy it is to upgrade the ram so i figured i could always upgrade that when the time comes and picked DDR2 becuse you all told me to lol :uhh:

so what do you think?

It looks like you chose well, especially with regards to getting a socket AM2 CPU. I personally would have gone for 2x 250GB as they're better value at the moment but it's all extra money which you may not have wanted to spend. As you said, the graphics card is an easy upgrade if you wanted another later.

Some people are changed by being a moderator. I wouldn't be.
