Shilo Village: Need Some Help

Hello, I'm stuck in a part of Shilo Village Quest, and I need some help. On the tip.it guide it says, "kill 3 skeletons and zombies to get 3 bones to open the door". I've tried this about five times, and each time I do it, instead of getting a drop some kind of moss comes up from the ground and kills me. So, would normal bones work? What am I doing wrong? I'm getting tired of remaking all the stuff, and dying each time.

thats called poison gas. Just kill some skeles and zombies to get the bones. I think regular work also...not sure tho. Could try.

That's great, has anyone else tried it with the bones? I'm going to try it now, and pray it works.

 

 

 

ALSO-I have another question. Is there a safespot in the fighting area? I'm praying there is, I won't stand a chance...however, if there isn't, I could just use protect item to keep all my required quest items and weapons, three times, and I'll finish anyways.

Yep, I've done a little bit of research on the tip.it site:

Once killed a gas cloud appears where they died, doing 3 damage very frequently.

 

 

 

I'm going to just experiment now, without food or weps, then if it works with normal bones i'll die and come battle. But a reply if there are safe spots there would be nice.

ok to answer your questions:

 

 

 

1) you can bring skeleton bones from edgeville dungeon or any place else

 

 

 

2) what i did was after each of the three fights tele out to bank get more food then go back for next fight..once you use the three bones to open the door it stays unlocked

Well, it worked, I used 3 bones I got from snakes outside the area. Though it was hard, it was fun, and I have learned the gem rocks are VERY nice. I think tip.it should add that any bones can be used in their quest guide.

 

 

 

Anyway, for those who wonder, I did beat the quest without food...however i hid behind the other side of the table while my super-posion did the work ;) ;).
