Language dodging, one report probably wont get noticed, but if say, 200 people report some guy, then that may get noticed. Macroing, item scamming, etc will likely get a quick review. Keep in mind this isn't laziness on Jagex's part but just thing how many reports probably get sent in per hour.... A man who doesn't read, is no smarter than a man who can't read.
