You could say "hey, I'm not an autoer". That would shut him up. I'd recommend this, unless you want blood. Then you could do what you said and wait until he swears at you then report him.

Well i dont see why i must justify myself by speaking to an Idoit just to prove to him im not an autoer.

You should justify yourself by speaking to the idiot because failure to confirm that you are not autoing can sometimes result in a most unjustified temp ban and yellow flag.

Yes but what happens to all those people with Public Chat Off? What happens to them? They cant see anyone speaking to them? Then they get banned? Thats unjust isnt it? To solve that they would need to get rid of that Turn Public Chat Off.

It is rare for someone to get banned for having their private chat off, thus not talking, but it has happened. If you've read a certain sad story of a tip.iter (i forget his name) who worked until he had enough money to buy his brother 100k nature runes to reach 94 magic, you'll know it's true. His brother's character was temp banned because someone reported him because he was alching with public chat off. He soon recieved another offense (either autoing or something different) and was permenantly banned. I know it's not fair but that's just how it works some times.
