Me and some other people i know have had the same problem. Im in the US and i make sure Im calling a US number. Has Jagex said anything about this? Or is PayByPhone the only one you can use? Also, did you check the Knowledge Base, or Technical Support pages at Runescape.com? I personally can't help you, but if you didn't check those sites out, you should because they would be the best place to look. To move a topic, you'll have to PM a mod. and ask him/her to move it, as regular members don't have the powers to move topics.
