In short, basically that. It's like the Clockwork Cat. Players have them not only for their own amusement, but to "show-off" their accomplishments, that they have been able to aquire the cat.

So many people ask this.. There is never "a" world for PCing. People change the PC world constantly due to lower level players coming and "ruining" their games and making them slow. Depending on your level, you could join PCing Clans such as Affliction (for 90+ combat), or Heart Unit (for 100+ combat). There are most likely other PC Clans for lower level players, but I am unaware of any personally.

In my opinion you should kill Hobgoblins. Try the ones next to the Crafting Guild on that small island. I've always had great success with those when I needed Limps.

Honestly, unless you go and fetch a looter of your own, you'll have to try and hope they're laggin and you have quick fingers (by right clicking on the pile and picking it up that way.) #-o There isn't any real way "around" looters.. :( Edit: Never heard of any tricks such as you posted, but that's most likely your best bet to try and beat them. :shock:

The Port is by far the fastest. In my opinion, Al Kharid furnace might even be twice as far as that of Port Plastmas. To gain free access to the city, you must complete Ghosts Ahoy. If you wish to pay to enter, you must pay (forgot how many, i think 2 or something) in ecto-tockens. These are obtainable by using the Ectofungus. Once you pray for some bones, talk to one of the Followers in there and retreive your tockens.

I've seen several people with this on, and everytime I ask, they either laugh, or do not respond. (Most times I just don't ask, as I'd be quite embarrased as a 100 to be asking what it was Lol) Could anyone please tell me what it is called, and/or where I could accuire one? I agree. Not quite sure how that would work, but I suppose they should make, perhaps, two highscores. One for XP and one for levels. I had never taken the time to look at this. Extremely interesting find :-k Thanks for bringin' this out there. Edit: "The High Scores list should be based on Experience for this reason. Any supporters?" I still think that it's a good idea, but just they should perhaps make two highscores. If it was experience oriented, everyone would then complain about the levels. You can't please everyone, but perhaps with two highscores, you could.

I know this is a dumb and frequantly asked question, but should I bring a wealth when fighting dust devils? I heard it infact lowers your chances since it increases chance of a rare drop, but dragon chain is a very rare drop, so I'm not sure. Any suggestions? Thank you in advanced. :)
