September 20, 200619 yr Hey there! As you (should) all know, it's the Ryder Cup this weekend, which pits Usa and Europe against each other, with some of the best faces in golf appearing in each team. An expected crowd of around 45,000 are estimated to show up despite the weather. This years Ryder Cup takes place at the K Club course in N.Ireland. The teams for 2006 are Team Europe consists of: Darren Clarke Paul Casey Luke Donald Sergio Garcia Padraig Harrington David Howell Robert Karlsson Paul McGinley Colin Montgomerie (Scotland ftw!) JosÃÆÃâÃâé Maria OlazÃÆÃâÃâábal Henrik Stenson Lee Westwood And USA Team: Tiger Woods Phil Mickelson Jim Furyk Chad Campbell David Toms Chris DiMarco Vaughn Taylor J.J. Henry Zach Johnson Brett Wetterich Stewart Cink Scott Verplank Coming from the great nation of Scotland im obviously supproting Team Europe, but I feel since Tiger Woods and Jim Furyk have been paired together for fourball, it should be an interesting cup. Also the weather (which has been reaching winds of 40mph, trust me I live on the West coast of Scotland and it is windy!) will play a major part in the event. Anyone got any Predications for this years Ryder Cup? Who are you supporting? Does anyone care? I certainly do, and i'll be watching every minute of it... @Trade_With
