i quited playin rs for 3 months and now i wanted to play again. first i saw that my old password is not working , ok i got new, but now i noticed that someone has stole my account and he has got ban. so my account is banned.

 

 

 

and my question is : where i can sent message to jagex?

Go to the main page and scroll down to 'Appeal against an Offence/Ban' link.

 

You'll see what it is your account has been banned for and whether or not they'll let you Appeal it.

i see that scammer has made item scam 2 times

 

 

 

but i cant see place where i can appeal it

 

 

 

Where it says 'Succesful' in the Appeal Status in mine it should say either 'Appealable' or 'Un-appealable' for you.

scammer has sent appeal , but i cant do nothing . i can only see the evidence and answer wat jagex has sent.

 

 

 

is there any other way to contact with jagex team ?

Well if your account is locked (different from Banned) then you can click on the 'Unlock an account' Link on the main page.

 

You'll be asked questions like previous 3 passwords, Recovery Questions (hope you set some..) and in additional information you might want to tell them your Ip address, Bank pin etc.. things that only you should know.

 

 

 

However seeing that the account was only 3 months old it might be more worthwhile to just make a new account :

no no u cant understand me ... my account is about 1 year old but i took a break last time i played 3 months ago... my attack is 98 and slayer 83

but i really need to contact with jagex team because it wasnt me who broke rules . i have payed 9 months membership and now i lost all.
