If I can't find out on my own, can someone post a link to where I can get this information? Rather then just the speed in seconds? If so, I'm quite sure they have that in the Knowledge Base at Runescape.com [101 Combat][1450+ Total][89 Strength][84 HP][80 Mage][Currently]Your mother would be proud.
