September 22, 200619 yr There's no need to be rude, it's not exactly common knowledge, few actually memorize the str bonus of everything, let alone a CW flag. Also, the only way we COULD find out, would be to do the same thing you'd have to.... get on in a game, so unless someone happens to have the information somewhere, it might take awhile to get an answer. A man who doesn't read, is no smarter than a man who can't read.
