The construction guide says you are limited to 20 rooms in an 8 by 8 format. With 1 upper floor and 1 lower floor.

 

 

 

Is this the TOTAL number of room including the upper and lower, or can each floor have 20 rooms.

 

 

 

I guessing 20 max, but want to make sure before I plan my house.
