Logging out during fight caves.

I'm gonna do fight caves today, but I'm worried that there will be an update and I'll log out and be back at the start. Last time I tried caves, (not properly though just for fun) I logged out when my mum needed the computer and I was back outside again.

 

 

 

Are there particular waves you can log out in, or do you have to somehow log out in between waves?

As this mini-game can take many hours to complete, Jagex added an option to log out without losing your progress and having to start over. To do this , click the logout button ONCE at any time during a "wave" of monsters. You will get a message in your chat window that your logout request has been saved and you will automatically be logged out after the current wave. Next time you log in to your account, you will still be in the Fight Cave and the next wave of monsters will start. If you click logout again before then, you will lose your place in the game and will have to start over. Logging out to save your place is NOT recommended after reaching the level 360's(see below) as your prayer is turned off upon logging in and you can be instantly hit for some very heavy damage.

mrgregg2, what u saying is the truth. but since there are tones of bug going on right now in rs, i dont suggest do fight cave at this moment. becuase yesterday i did it, and i failed. not because of anything i did wrong. it's because the wave and the monster r completely messed up. i suggest u to wait until this update bug thing end

Exactly, but doing the caves on the weekends, you should be O.K. I suggest not doing it during the week because of JaGeX fixing bugs from an update or something.
