Alternatively you can cast High Alchemy until you reach 70. The Nature Runes required only needs 44 RC to be made and it is the most cost efficient way of training mage. If you buy 1K Yew Longs at 550 ea and buy 1K Nats at 330 ea totalling up to 880GP. You can subtract the buying price with the alching price... 880-768=112. 112GP lost per 65.5 mage experience. Or if you make the nats yourself you will make 218GP per Yew Long alched as well as the mage experience...

PC would be the fastest way to get mage xp. Mage Arena is also good xp but you need time to get the runes.
