September 27, 200619 yr This is the first piece of fiction I have tried writting. I feel it is ok but I wanted another opinion. The first sentence is a little trite but this was origionally written for a collage application. I changed it to make it more Runescape compatable but kept the first sentence. Well, here it goes... --------------------------------------------- What can you say when the world around you seems to be dying. Jaraad knew this feeling all too well. The world he lived in, Gielinor, was dying; not from any pestilence or famine, but rather from a plague. Jaraad slowly stood from his prone position. Age had not been kind to him and the last fifty years had not been easy. As he got up his joints creaked and his back ached.
