Just go to Barbarian Village and speak to.. some Barbarian woman standing in the middle of the Mining site in the centre of the Village, talk to her and she'll mention that her brother or something is stuck in a new mine underneath you. A rock will open up, go down and go through all 4 levels finding the Treasure Room in each level until the bottom (4th) level where you get your boots.
