Problems with X-OOM movies on iPod

Lately I bought this software to transfer some movies to my iPod. Well, on every movie file I try to transfer to my iPod I get an error message saying "Please connect your iPod to your computer." When I click OK, it just shows the same error message. This happens every time at 96%. Any tips how to solve this problem?
