I seen some teleport table that u broke and u teleport to the localitaiton they have, but.....How i cna make them????

You need to take the runes for the tele (you can wield a staff) and soft clay and go to someones mahogany eagle lectern.

there are these things called lecturns in player owned houses. with them you can make tablets with soft clay and the runes that it requires. different lvl lecturns make different lvl skills. They are p2p only.

 

 

 

If you want to use my house i can make fally and varrock teles.

In what room i can build the lecturns????

Study. Only 1 lectern per room but there are 2 different lecterns so some people build 2 studies.
