The planking alone will run you $348,734 (regular plank & nails) to $421,388 (Oak planks) assuming you need 3487.3 Regular plank/nails or 1685.6 Oak Planks.

 

 

 

If you pay a servant along the way, add up to another 50kish.

 

 

 

If you purchase every possible room along the way including the Portal Chamber (two bedrooms for servant), you'll spend another 332kish (222k without Portal).

 

 

 

I'll not go into cost of Teak/Mahogony and other materials but this gives you a rough idea.
