how do i get these people to work?! i have 100% approval, plenty of gold in the coffers but when i woke up this morning anc went to check on them they hadnt collected anything.

 

 

 

is there some hidden "start" button or something im missing? or is it on some sort of timer?

You have to assign people to their jobs and determine how many people will be working at that post (fishing, mining, farming, woodcutting, etc.).

 

 

 

It's not worth the money IMO...
