TehChekt
This is my version of the whole 'tele-where-you-want' idea. I know and realize that just haveng tele-anywhere as a spell would be too overpowered even if you need abou 554 magic. I have thought this out and have tried to use many different skills and high level requirements. This idea will use Crafting, Construction, and Magic. (duh) In this idea, there would be three different tele-totems you could make in your workshop with different 'totem-making benches' (can't think of a better name) in your POH workshop. To make a totem, you would first have to craft it in your house, using various materials. Then, you would bring your totem to your desired space, and 'bind' it to the area. (also level 93 magic) Note:you would need 93 magic to use the Tele-Totem spell. The Tele-Totem spell costs: Law x10, Air x10, Water x10, Earth x10, Fire x10. And now here are the totems. Totem #1 Construction level req. for bench:50 Materials:Mahogany Plank x3, Limestone Brick x5, Steel Bar x1 Crafting level req. to make totem:50 Materials:Limestone Brick x10, Sapphire x2 Runes required to bind: Nature x50, Law x50, Air x100, Water x100, Earth x100, Fire x100 Totem #1 could be bound anywhere on the F2P map (excluding wilderness) Totem #2 Construction level req. for bench upgrade:70 Materials: Steel Bar x5, Limestone Brick x10 Crafting level req. to make totem:70 Materials: Limestone Brick x20, Sapphire x3, Emerald x2 Runes required to bind: Nature x100, Law x100, Air x200, Water x200, Earth x200, Fire x200 Totem #2 could be bound anywhere on the P2P or F2P map (still excluding wilderness) Totem #3 Construction level req. for bench upgrade:90 Materials: Steel Bar x10, Limestone Brick x10, Marble Block x2 Crafting level req. to make totem:90 Materials: Marble Block x1, Sapphire x10, Emerald x5, Magic Stone x1 Runes required to bind: Nature x200, Law x200, Air x500, Water x500, Earth x500, Fire x500 Totem #3 could be bound anywhere on the map. (including wilderness. And there's my suggestion. I feel that this would be a way for the tele-anywhere idea to be introduced, as it would cost a lot of money, and you would need a lot of high levels. And please, if you take the time to read this hunk o' text, try and respond, I would enjoy some constructive criticism. Who cares if you wear a santa hat..... That's no achievment. Who cares if you can have 520M, if you have no friends, as well as no reason to play Runescape?
Dalcyte
even though you've made it balanced, there are still almost 10,000 people with 93+ magic. These totams alow people to teleport to say mort'ton and barrows, giving a very unfair advantage i think. Click for mah Blog!- I'm not sure why you would though because i never update it Achieved 99 Thieving 3/10/07-992nd to it

Hmm, I did think about barrows, maybe I should make other premium places on ly for the 3rd level totem. Who cares if you wear a santa hat..... That's no achievment. mikeb912
Or have special alters or somthing that you had to bind the totams to and certain alters could only be bound with lv 2 or lv 3 totams. That would limit where you could tele to but there would be lots of alters in training places, cities, and skill training places.
