Coal or powermining...?

Featured Replies

I've got mining lvl 50 and want to raise it to 60 for the mining guild, but is the best way powermining in the chasm mine, or coal mining so I can raise my smithing a little? I don't care about the money right now..

Hoping for an answer!

98% Of teenagers surround their minds with rap music, if you're part of the 2% that stayed with rock, put this in your signature, ROCK IS BETTER!

I think that you are F2P?

In that case, the casm mine (or scorpion mine) is you best option since there are 3 rocks there.

If yo are p2p you can powermine grinite, I heard it's good exp.

good luck!

Well it's up to you really.;)

You have 2 options:

  • [*:g72zewjn] Power mine iron ore, which will be quicker. But you don't get any money for it nor smithing experience.

[*:g72zewjn]You could mine coal. Get smithing experience or sell the coal. 1 coal ore can sell for 200gp. That way you're getting money and experience but can take a little longer.

Good luck deciding. :)
