well i just reported a guy in world 2 for macroing...the problem is, will the snapshot be viewed by me or the rule breaker...

If i remember right, macro reporting works differantly, and there is no snapshot

When you send a report, you send a 60 second snapshot of your own activity and chat, which should highlight anyone else breaking rules. Macroing is different though, as people said I think they just get added onto the macro detection programme.

noone actualy knows how the macroing dtection system works, as jagex thinks there's a good chance macroers would simply change programs to avoid detection
