whats the fastest way to lvl my herblore? im curently at lvl 22

If you haven't done it, do the 'Eadgar's Ruse' quest, it gives quite some herblore xp, I got 32-38 because of it if I recall well.

 

Otherwise buy your herbs if you have money, or kill chaos druids to get em yourself.
