i plan to range (range level 85) blue dragons with my crystal bow on its lowest price recharge. i will be burying the bones and craftins the hides into vambs to high alch. i will make my own natures but buy the ess (about 100 each right?) i will also be alching other worthy drops from them. i will be wearind:robin hood, full black, ranger boots and an ammy of fury. so my question to you is will the high alching of my blue vambraces lead to a profit on what i'm paying to recharge my bow?

Well that depends of ur avg hit

 

ill give u the formula just put in ur avg hit and u will know if u will get a profit or not

 

 

 

u will make a profit of 1380 for every drag (1 vam-100for ess-20 for tanning

 

 

 

every hit u shoot with crystal bow is 180,000\2500=72

 

 

 

blue drag has 107 hits so what u should do its

 

 

 

72*107\avg dmg

 

 

 

7704\avg dmg

 

 

 

in order to make a profit u need to hit like 5.5avg dmg

i m lvl 85 range and trained at blue drags with crystal bow from 80-85. i sold the hides cus i m only 63 crafting so that payed for bows, and i didnt bury the bones, i ectoed them and that got me a nice 72 prayer. i think u will make profit cus u will get a couple of clues while doing it and then u maybe even get a robin hood hat so go on and range blue drags;)

selling the hides alone should pay for the bow useage

 

 

 

but if you craft them and high alch i think you'l still have enough money from that to pay for the bow's recharge

 

 

 

that and the clues and whatnot
