For a cape to be a trimmed version, you must have 2 skill maxed out, yet a quest cape wouldn't count would it?

 

My main question is:

 

Is the claimed +4 boost a boost to the stat itself, or as an Equipment Bonus?

 

Third semi-question I would ask right now would be: If you reach 99 in 2 skills or more, and have a pre-existing cape, will it stay trimmed or will you have to buy a new one in trimmed form?

I dont got 2 of them yet so i m not sure but i think it's an equipment boost, not sure tho
