Well, now we have the "Hot Topic of the Week", you should give the Topic something extra.

 

Their should be something like a banner (MxM: hint, hint, hint).

 

Then, the Hot-Topic gets this banner in the top of the suggestion.

Mod can post aswell to make sure it is right.

 

So if their is a Banner, and no mod posted about it, it's fake.
