Masterd99 Posted October 20, 2006 Share Posted October 20, 2006 What I did was buy flax for 100-110 ea. and make into strings then sell the strings for the most i could. You can buy green hide for 1300 and they alch for 1500. So you just lose 100gp per hide (if you count the nat). TeeBeaun Posted October 20, 2006 Share Posted October 20, 2006 this is what i have been doing and its fairly good, plus you make some money doing it. Spinning flax is very very very slow and you only raise one level, what i do is mine the gems and shilo village and i have a chisle with me so that i can make the lower gems into bolt tips, saphire and beloow and i keep the emeralds, rubies and diamonds, use those to make necklaces/rings, not ammys its just a waste of time, and then high alch them. By cutting all the gems you get some good xp, then you get xp from making them into jewelry. Plus you get good mining xp since they are fast and worth the same as mining gold ore.
