I got the seed from the lvl 84 moss giant. it says I need to talk to eluned. When i go talk to him he isnt there. What should i do

I think theres 2 location for each elf (they are roving after all).

 

 

 

You can just wait around for 5-10mins for them to come back, or go to the other spot. Tipit has a map of the elf area, check it out.

Tip.it only shows one of the locations... I edited the image to show them. I'm not sure about the eastern one, I used the western one for the quest both times.
