A while ago, I watched a movie. It was about a huge, very cold snow storm in Berlin, that trapped some people. There were guns in this building scene, a weird guy living in a room with a skylight at the top of some old building, people trapped underground warming to fires, and the title started with N-P I believe, but am not sure.

 

 

 

It was also rated 'R'. Does anyone know what it was? It's driving me insane.

is it an old or recent movie? The context sounds familiar somehow.

Recent, 2003, 2004 maybe.

I figured it out. It was the very low budget Post-Impact.
