Anyway, the banner is alright. But too hectic. The gradients are.. odd, just looks like a really small sig :P The coding is messed up aswell.. big time. Try to make it more clean and proffesional looking.

get the colours sorted so they are harmonious

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

the maintitle totally conflicts with the banner (by maintitle i mean the bit that says 'news' on it)

 

 

 

also the navigation headings dont look too professional

 

 

 

and the banner is too tall, shorten it by about 150 pixels

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

alot of room for improvement, but i see potential (in the deisgn at least)
