I'd use Saradomin, considering the fact is lowers the targets prayer. Most people use Protect Item when there skulled to keep there best item, but they need prayer to do that =).

Zamorak because the amount of damage you do depends on your oppenents magic level so you will do more damage since your oppenet loses a few magic levels. This may also stop them from doing a spell if they are a mage too..
