Ok i needed to know, does photoshop elements have a GIF animator? I know it has flash, but I need to know if it is good for GIF's also. Thank you.

I don't think elements does, you need to buy Photoshop 7.0+, which comes with ImageReady to make .gif files directly from .psd.

Elements does have it, there should be a tutorial if you poke around in help.

Which isn't really a problem when you only have $100 to spend and you don't want to pirate CS or whatever it's at these days or you aren't in uni with those lovely discounted prices :)
